Find out endurance
The endurance training’s objective is to lead, for the rider’s pleasure, a horse as fast as possible for long distances, while keeping the horse in perfect health. It is of course reserved for experienced riders and sportsmen.
This training helps riders to gain knowledge on the more theoretical part of horse riding, to learn about endurance, and to improve their personal physical condition and as a result improving their riding skills.
The following points will be addressed:
- How to take care of horses, the preparation before a race, and the food that is given to the animals, before, during, and after the race.
- The different positions of the discipline.
- The preparation of the equipment before and after the race.
- Explanation of vet control, stethoscope and cardio.
- Presentation of the horse to vet control.
For experimental riders in the three speed (sitting and standing) in different types of ground. The rider must be in good fit to be able to do long rides.
Possible from October to June, from only one rider, max 4 riders.
