Our cavalry is composed of about twenty horses, mares and geldings, barbs, arabes-barbes and thoroughbreds Arabs. Our horses are steadfast, voluntary and endearing horses. They are accustomed to the terrain; Some are calm, others more sporting. Some heavier horses are available for strong jumpers.
The Bearded Horse is a rustic breed of North Africa, crossed with Arabian thoroughbred during the 17th century, during the Arab invasions. Appreciated for its extreme resistance and endurance, the beard was used for a long time as a war horse especially by the formidable Tuareg tribe. Dull and full of energy, the beard easily learns and excels today in many disciplines: endurance, TREC, coupling and equestrian excursion.
